I’m here with great news! Dexter has finally had his feeding tube out and he is feeling much better!
We’ve had a great day today eating real food together!
As most of you know after being brutally shot, Dexter was nominated for the PDSA Pet Survivor of the Year Award. Tomorrow is the last day for voting and we’d really appreciate it if you could please vote for him! You can vote here.
I’m keeping my paws crossed that he gets enough votes to win. He really deserves it after everything he’s been through. Thank you in advance furiends!

Oh yes, Dexter looks so much better without the collar of shame and feeding tube. I hope the hole in his mouth is now closed up. Bailey, you look awfully well, too. I’m sure Dexter and his parents really appreciate your keeping him company and and helping to spread the word. You have my appreciation as well!

Dexter looks amazing and so happy with his boat Captain cousin there to help him recover! We are so excited Dexter is up for this award, he deserves it for his bravery and perseverance dragging himself home to get help. We voted and will be keeping our paws crossed for him. Regardless of the results Dexter is a hero and inspurration in our eyes. Bisous to mew, Dexter and your woofie fur sibs Bailey, please paw on the blog when you can- we miss mew!
